I found a unique looking Brownies here in Thailand and wonder about it recipe. So I search a thousand of brownies photos on the internet and came across your blog.

It quite look alike your meringue brownies. The reference photos are here, and here. The top was crust but not film crust like many brownies out there. There are not much crack on top, I think they were baked in individual tin and the top overflow a bit. The weight was quite light so I guess there should be lot of air pocket in it.

I would love to hear your opinion about this.
Shrikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04699599210924913751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-32875491950388986162016-03-22T15:03:21.615+01:002016-03-22T15:03:21.615+01:00Looks like an amazing project!Looks like an amazing project!Tittihttp://www.eliseskaker.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-41084689174150071102016-01-10T13:54:10.648+01:002016-01-10T13:54:10.648+01:00Best 2016 project I've seen so far :-DBest 2016 project I've seen so far :-DJennie https://www.blogger.com/profile/09973829287451825554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-22595700042840120472015-06-26T09:20:07.456+02:002015-06-26T09:20:07.456+02:00I have tried making this tart with the oil pastry ...I have tried making this tart with the oil pastry three times but the pastry just sticks to everything whether rolling on stainless steel or wood and if you add more flour it just soaks it up and crumbles. I am pulling whats left of my hair out as I was really looking forward to eating this tart but now I'm beginning to think it's impossible. I think I'll try with ordinary pastry. I treat myself this every few months at the local Danish-American cafe in Sausalito, CA, on the menu as a "Copenhagen Burger" (noting in parentheses that it's Pariserbøf). I absolutely love it, even more than a nicely-made American-style hamburger. The toppings are the real standout.

My guess is that the original "hamburger steak" of Hamburg was something very close to this.Peter G Wernerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07922760618535667259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-30551725435003895872014-03-20T22:54:10.510+01:002014-03-20T22:54:10.510+01:00I love this recipe and have passed it on to so man...I love this recipe and have passed it on to so many friends, who also love it.
