I hope whatever you did has resolved it.

(just discovered your blog - nice one!)Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08818302133113874649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-1108208543899717802005-02-12T12:42:00.000+01:002005-02-12T12:42:00.000+01:00Thank you Julie - I'm still working on the comment...Thank you Julie - I'm still working on the comment thing, but I think it's alright now! I'm so sorry about the spammer, but what I really want to say is how GORGEOUS your entries are, both of them. I can't wait to try the apple galette (especially since G's idea of heaven consists of any and all apple desserts), and I bet I'm going to love the Richmond Maids of Honor. My entry was fraught with peril, but I made it through, finally...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-1108119486002949882005-02-11T11:58:00.000+01:002005-02-11T11:58:00.000+01:00Hey Zarah, that's strange I got spammed the same t...Hey Zarah, that's strange I got spammed the same time as you (I didn't get the chance to see yours). My third spam, actually. The other two (they commented on old posts as you said), Typepad removed them for me, they were there and then poof they were gone. But yesterday morning I had to remove one manually and put a padlock on the IP adress.

Posted by OsloFoodieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-1108083583695474122005-02-11T01:59:00.000+01:002005-02-11T01:59:00.000+01:00I know it is a war that's not likely to have me as...I know it is a war that's not likely to have me as the winner, but I sure ain't gonna make it easy for them! And I'd hate having to preview or do advanced approvals or all that - what I like about blogs is that fact that you can relatively easy share in what's going on. That said, I think it would be cool if there was a way to make it impossible for people to comment unless they provided a functioning URL or email-address - any HTML wizzards out there?

Argh. Am still mad. And it's now - well, lots of hours since I saw it. But thanks for all your nice words, I sure hope this will be a once in a lifetime experience *crossing fingers - hoping - praying*

And yes, I can be very serious when the mood strikes me - but most of the time I'm very amiable:-) - or so I'd like to think anyways! I don't hope this will happen to any of you ever!

Posted by ZarahMariaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-1108079199672340342005-02-11T00:46:00.000+01:002005-02-11T00:46:00.000+01:00Yikes. I know Pim and Barrett of Too Many Chef's have putten up advertising policies because of the same problem, so I thought better safe than sorry. I think it's so rude to just walk in and endorse yourself that way. I put a lot of work into this site and I will d*** well decide myself who or what products I'll recommend... I still haven't blown of enough steam I can see - I better go eat something ;-)

Posted by ZarahMariaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053193.post-1108056601688555272005-02-10T18:30:00.000+01:002005-02-10T18:30:00.000+01:00I saw that yesterday...and I think it's the first ...I saw that yesterday...and I think it's the first time I've seen SPAM in a comment box, anywhere!
